Clinical Science publishes papers in the field of clinical investigation, defined as the whole range of biochemical, physiological, immunological and other approaches that may have relevance to disease in man. The Journal contains invited reviews, full papers, accelerated publications, invited comments and correspondence.

Full papers are published online as Immediate Publications in PDF format as soon as they are accepted.

The highlight of the current issue is a review entitled 'High-density lipoproteins, inflammation and oxidative stress' by Professor Kerry-Anne Rye (Heart Research Institute, Camperdown, Australia).
